Count & compare
Get to know numbers, and their values, with an easy card game.
Remove the face cards from a deck of cards. Distribute all the remaining cards evenly between two players. Place cards face down. Have each player turn over one card and compare the two. Ask your child to identify which card is more and which card is less. How many more? How many less? Once you have gone through the deck, tally the value of the cards. Whoever has the greater tally is the winner!
